ElectRelease M4

ElectRelease M4 is an intermediate strength electrically debondable adhesive. After debonding, cured ElectRelease M4 resin may be removed from solvent sensitive surfaces with methanol. M4 bonds to most metals including aluminum and its alloys, steel, stainless steel, and copper.

Properties*:

Lap Shear Strength:	> 2,000 psi (varies with surface finish of bonded parts)
Cure:	2 hr at 80°C or 48 hr at room temperature
Debonding:	10 V d.c. or greater.
Debond Time:	1 second or longer, depending on voltage and load on bond
Pot-life:	40 minutes for a 100 cc quantity
Shelf-life:	> 6 months at room temperature
Availability:	50 cc dual-cartridge, 1 pint container, 1 gallon container
